Important Booking Info • HOA requires full names of all guests at least 3 days before check-in (no pre-check-in = no entry) • $50 fee for any guest list changes after submission • If your reservation is made within 3 days of arrival: – A $100 HOA processing fee is charged by the community – A $100 last-minute coordination fee is applied by the host to prepare the home on short notice • If your reservation is made more than 3 days before arrival: – A reduced $50 standard coordination fee applies – The $50 HOA fee is covered by the host, so guests do not pay it House Rules • Primary guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay • No third-party bookings • Maximum occupancy: 12 guests • Security camera at driveway only (no indoor cameras) • No Indoor Smoking: Smoking inside the home, the dome, or any indoor area is strictly prohibited.
